Task Force I I: Monitoring Euro-Atlantic Reforms
The institute of Euroatlantic Cooperation was defined the leading non – governmental organization within the activity of this Task Force.
Spheres of interests and tasks within this Task Force - Monitoring Euro-Atlantic Reforms (establishment of ATPs / ANP):

Future plans Ddevelopment – formation of suggestions and reforms;

Civic assessment for establishment of current plans;

Determination of positive achievements and preparation of information materials for elucidation of the European standards necessity;

Media sustaining ( web-site, “Ukraine – NATO” journal).

Assistance and organizing the dialogue whay deals with:
-
Institutions that work in this sphere, but not involved in the process of formation and monitoring and fulfillment of the plans;
-
attraction and assistance in realizing trainings and education;
-
the methodology of monitoring has to be simple (understandable) and flexible;
-
Necessity of attraction the institutions from different regions;
-
Determination of criteria assessment from the side of civil employees, experts, improvement of general qualitative approach for reforms assessment.
According to the target among working groups within this Task Force - Monitoring Euro-Atlantic Reforms they are:

Reforms monitoring in the sphere of Euroatlantic integration (realization of ATPs / ANP )

Independent assessment and monitoring different measures by Action Plans / ANP (reforms at the Defence sector as well)
-
Exchange of experience with countries that recently became NATO member – states concerning reforms for NATO membership
Within the activity of this Task Force within the NATO – Ukraine Partnership Network a set of civic organizations were established to sustain the collaboration. They are in particular the Institute of Euroatlantic Cooperation, “The group of strategic and security studies”, Chernivtsi center “Metasvit”, NGO “Alternative of the youth”. The results of the activity of this NGO’s will be used in realising monitors for NATO – Ukraine Action Plan fulfilment.
